2015 Exhibition of Works

FIVE invites you to step inside a mining donga and view some of the work created over the past two years. The exhibition of works will be held in the foyer of Central Park in Perth's CBD from 22 June and 3 July 2015.

The exhibition displays work from our five participating communities: Busselton, Geraldton, Derby, Paraburdoo and Esperance. Photographic works and digital artworks from the project, around the theme of ‘belonging’, will also be on show. The maquette of the large-scale permanent RESILIENCE sculpture built in Paraburdoo has been shipped to Perth and will be on display.

Stop by to have a look at the powerful way in which arts and cultural participation can engage mining employees and regional communities to create awareness and change in people around wellbeing, community connection and resilience.

The exhibition is located at 152–158 St Georges Terrace and is open weekdays only.
